Catalog of videos found on this site.

As the internet develops, it just gets a lot more fun. The way I see it, quality web sites will always have lots of good, written content, but they'll also become similar to mini TV channels by hosting lots of good videos. I plan to add more as time goes by. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy these.

Practical Wilderness Navigation - a simple and effective method to find your way in the wilderness. Running for over nine mintues, it's a long video, but if you truly understand the concepts presented, you'll be way ahead of the game when it comes to finding your way around the wilderness.

The concepts presented in this video, plus a lot more, are all covered in Chapter 8 of my book Surviving the Wilds of Florida.

The Face of Hypothermia - Hypothermia is a killer, whether you're in Alaska or Florida. This page's video shows you signs and symptoms to look for.

Hypothermia is covered in depth in my book. This is a killer condition, even here in Florida. Most cases happen at around 30 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It sneaks up on you, and you can be in big trouble before you know it. Check out Chapter Two of Surviving the Wilds of Florida.

Flamingo to Hell's Bay. "Hell to get into, and hell to get out of." But still a beautiful trip. This page contains a 90-second journey into the Everglades.

Sailing on Florida Bay. Join Jason and Bob as they get away from it all, and relax on Florida Bay. Around 60 seconds of tropical splendor.

Fast Food. A bit of ominous whimsy. Guess there's a reason for all those "NO SWIMMING" signs. I caught this big gator on film out at Alachua Sink, in Gainesville.

Florida Night Sounds. Hear the sounds of wild Florida after the sun goes down.
