Cheap Florida Vacations

Tent in State Park Campsite
Spend the Night, Save Your Money

Wanna spend big bucks in Florida?

We have plenty of five-star hotels and top-notch restaurants that can help you do just that in a grand, regal style.

A visit to any of these places--as expensive as it might be--can be most memorable and enjoyable. So, I'm not knocking luxury. In fact, I look forward to it from time to time.

But what about those times when cheap Florida vacations are more in order--those times when you wanna get away and have some fun, but you don't want to spend a king's ransom doing it?

If your aim is to enjoy a Florida getaway at low cost, you're in luck. It just so happens I know a number of fun, yet relatively cheap Florida vacations that might suit you, and maybe even your entire family as well.

If you enjoy this site, I suspect you're more adventurous than are a lot of folks.

In fact, I also suspect you wouldn't mind sleeping in a tent or rustic cabin, and eating your meals on a picnic table by a cool evening's fire. If you're like me, many times--not always--you'd prefer that to a five-star ritzy hotel.

If that's you, my friend, read on because Florida can be just the place for adventurous, budget-minded travelers who don't mind that their lodging has wheels, or the only thing separating them from the endless night sky is a thin sheet of nylon or canvas.

Camping -- Your ticket to Cheap Florida Vacations

Cut your lodging and food costs, and you have drastically reduced the cost of your vacation.

What better way to spend less on lodging and food than to pitch a tent, or if you already have one, set up an RV?

You can then use your camping spot as a base to visit things nearby you might want to see.

Then again, many times you might camp just where you want to spend your time--like when you're staying in one of our award-winning Florida State Parks which happens to be situated on miles of to-die-for beach.
