Florida Adventuring -- Check out these 4 new adventures awaiting YOU.
May 12, 2007
Hello,

Four exciting new adventures await YOU at FloridaAdventuring.com. Will one of these be YOUR next enjoyable adventure? Let's find out:

Ready for a day at the beach? Okay, then, first let's go to John D. MacArthur Beach State Park on Singer Island, near West Palm Beach. You'll spend the day snorkeling the offshore reef located along the almost 2 miles of pristine South Florida beach. Later, you'll probably want to walk the park's trails to explore its 325 acres of sub-tropical splendor. This is one of Florida's last remaining coastal hardwood hammocks.

Next, let's go to Peanut Island , located only only a few miles from John D. MacArthur Beach State Park. Snorkel and camp on this palm-studded island within plain sight of world-famous Palm Beach. With camping fees only around $17 per night (maximum 3-nights), who says a stay near Palm Beach has to be expensive?

Now that we've spent some time at the beach, let's jump up to North Florida--the Ocala National Forest, where we'll canoe the inviting clear waters of Juniper Creek . Later, while you're camped at Juniper Springs Recreation Area, you can cool off the in 70-something-degrees waters of Juniper Springs.

Finally, we'll go farther north to Gainesville, home of the University of Florida and the legendary Florida Gators. Near here lies Paynes Prairie State Preserve You'll probably see gators on Paynes Prairie, all right, but most of these will have have four legs, big teeth, and they won't be the college type. Besides alligators, you'll probably see other wildlife along the prairie trails.

As always, FloridaAdventuring gives you complete details on where to go, how to get there, and what to see when you're there.

Hope you can enjoy at least one, maybe all of these adventures.

Always another adventure, Reid
